Since 2007 Naprushkina runs the Office for Anti-propaganda. The „Office” participates and organizes political actions, publishes newspapers which are distributed in Belarus and the world. The Office serves as the overarching framework for the artist’s work and as an archive of videos, texts, artworks, and graphic images focused on analyzing how the authoritarian system in Belarus was built, how it operates, and what possible role critical culture might play in bringing about a Belarusian Spring and creating political alternatives. The Office works in close collaboration with key figures of the cultural and political scene in Belarus in order to strengthen democratic processes.
