Dino Pešut, born in 1990, is a writer from Croatia. He graduated dramaturgy, playwriting and screenwriting at Academy of drama Arts in Zagreb. After writing plays for quite a while, he published his first novel Streched knees in 2018. He worked as a dramaturge in different theaters in Croatia, Slovenia and Serbia.

His plays were staged in Croatia and won several "Marin Držić-playwrighting Awards" by Croatian Ministry of Culture. The play "(Pen)Ultimate Panda oder Static" was awarded with Deutschen Jugendtheaterpreis in 2018. He has won "Marin Držić-Awards" for the plays Grand Hotel Abyss (2016), Stella, the flood (2017), and Olympia Stadium (2018).
