BA-CA und KulturKontakt Austria stifteten im Jahr 2006 in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Wieser Verlag den „Großen Preis für Osteuropäische Literatur“. 2007 werden zehn PreisträgerInnen in einer Lesereihe vorgestellt. Gestartet wird am 28. 03. 2007 mit Tamás Jónás (Ungarn) und Maja Vidmar (Slowenien).

At this presentation of works by our Artists in Residence, four young and successful artists from Romania and Serbia exhibit works which were partly created during their three-month stay in Vienna: the Romanian group of artists h.arta (Maria Crista, Rodica Tache and Anca Gyemant) and the Serbian artist Milena Putnik.

Literatur und Musik von Mimoza Ahmeti, Gent Rushi, Lindita Arapi und Fatos Lubonja.
Im Laufe des Jahres folgen Präsentation von Musik und Literatur aus Moldau, Montenegro und Aserbaidschan.

... ermutigt SeniorInnen, kulturell aktiv zu werden: Wer Lust hat, andere ältere Menschen für kulturelle Aktivitäten zu begeistern und ihnen neue Erfahrungsräume zu eröffnen, ist bei „Kultur auf Rädern“ am richtigen Platz. Die kostenfreie Seminarreihe von „Kultur auf Rädern“ findet im Frühling 2007 zum dritten Mal statt.
