Start Cultural Cooperation
KKA’s Department of Cultural Cooperation + Arts Sponsorship is conceived as an intermediary institution between Austria and Eastern and South Eastern Europe, which initiates and supports cultural exchange and multilateral cooperation. By acting as a platform for artists from Eastern and South Eastern Europe and presenting their works, KKA raises awareness for the rich diversity of contemporary art in the region, from Tirana to Tiflis and from Skopje to Moscow. In cooperation with Austrian cultural institutions, KKA organises exhibitions, concerts, film festivals and other cultural festivals; in cooperation with partners from the business sector, competitions are held and art prizes awarded.
